0.75cl Barbera D'Asti ABV 13.5% The firm's simplest and most everyday wine bears the name of the grape variety. The Classic Barbera is grown in vineyards all over the Asti's hillsides. Carefully selected bunches of the grapes are picked by hand in the first half of October. The wine is then offered to the market a few months after bottling and can be kept for several years. It has a deep and brilliant ruby colour that underscores the wine's freshness. An intense bouquet that is fruity with undertones of freshly picked flowers and fruit. Best served at 16 degrees Celcius - an all round wine that enlivens first courses, white and red meat, salamis and young cheeses. |
